Payment, Process & Delivery
Payments must be done upfront and in full, in USD or SGD. Payments will be made via Paypal. Special arrangements for payments can be made if you live in Singapore.I will contact you with a drafting sketch once I get details of your request. Work on the commission will only start after payment has been received.I will update you on the progress of the commission from time to time. During this stage, please let me know of any changes to be made in advance. Rule of thumb is, the later the change is brought up, the harder and less likely the change will be made. You can expect the piece to be delivered in roughly one to two months. It will be delivered as a PNG file via email, Telegram and/or Discord. Alternative methods for delivery can also be arranged in advance. I will let you know of any potential delays.This price list may not be 100% accurate to your quoted price, and serves merely as a guideline. Complexity and NSFW charges are based on how difficult/unfamiliar I think the work will be. Feel free to ask me for a quotation beforehand.Do let me know of any special requests or purpose of the artwork, if applicable e.g. (emote, banner etc.). I will make any appropriate changes necessary.
terms of service (TOS)
You, the client, reserve the right to:
1. Post and share the commissioned artwork of mine with credit. This includes physical copies of the commissioned artwork.
2. Use the commissioned artwork for personal use (e.g. using artwork as profile picture or social media profile backgrounds)
3. Retain the rights to the Intellectual Property (IP) of the characters in the artwork, if any. This only applies if the character(s) in the artwork are your IP.
4. Use the artwork as reference material of your own; please clarify with me to see what constitutes as referencing.You may not:
1. Claim the artwork as your own.
2. Use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes (e.g. merchandising, reselling, creation of NFTs etc.) The previous examples are non-exhaustive. Special arrangements can be made should your commission be for commercial purposes. Please let me know beforehand.
3. Alter the artwork without my consent.
4. Trace the artwork for the purpose of sharing. I am fine with you tracing my art for private study, but it should not be posted online at all.
5. Train AI using my work.I, Giyan, the artist, reserve the right to:
1. Refuse service for any commission that I am uncomfortable or unwilling to take, for any or no reason.
2. Post commissioned work online, including a watermark denoting my signature.
3. Post Work-in-Progress (WIP) versions of commissioned artwork.
4. Use the commissioned work as part of my personal portfolio.
5. Abandon work on the commission. I will refund you the amount that you paid, excluding fees that may be deducted during transfers.
6. Vary my prices according to the complexity of the work required. I will inform you of any additional costs incurred beforehand.

I will inform you of any additional costs incurred if necessary.Should any of these terms of service be violated, I reserve the right to add you to my blacklist, which may be shared with other creators as well.Note: If you have or are suspected to have commissioned or attempted to commission me for NSFW artwork while not being of legal age (18 years of age), or for someone else who is also not of legal age, you will be added to the blacklist immediately.Re: Experimental works
Experimental works are something usually new and unfamiliar to me, and I cannot give any guarantees on the final product. They will also be prioritised lower than regular commissions. Artist's discretion will be assumed automatically, and I reserve the right to have the final say when making adjustments to the experimental piece.

This section features my more experimental work, where I try out different styles, techniques, ideas, or just plain old practice stuff. Occasionally I may open commissions using new techniques, styles etc., which will show up here. Stay tuned for any announcements on my twitter and/or FA. I'd also greatly appreciate your feedback on these new works that I'm trying out.
